Privacy Policy
Effective August 9, 2026
1. Overview
AISpot ("we", "us") operates an AI model gateway that lets you access frontier language models through a single account. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email address, and profile image supplied by you or by your Google account when you sign in.
- Usage data — prompts, completions, and metadata about your requests, retained to bill usage and debug issues.
- Billing data — transaction records handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and cookies necessary for authentication and abuse prevention.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To bill for usage and process refunds or disputes.
- To communicate service-related notices (outages, security advisories, policy changes).
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-party services
We forward your prompts to the underlying model provider you select (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). Those providers process the request under their own terms and privacy policies. We also rely on infrastructure providers (Convex, Vercel) and payment processors for the operation of the service.
5. Data retention
We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, legal, and audit purposes. You may request deletion by writing to [email protected].
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in across subdomains. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Children
AISpot is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
