Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AISpot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

AISpot provides a unified gateway to third-party AI models. Available models, pricing, and features may change over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Generate content that infringes copyright, harasses others, or exploits minors.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• Resell or redistribute model outputs in a manner that breaches the underlying provider's terms.

Usage is billed in the currency and rate displayed at checkout. Prepaid credits are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.

You retain all rights to prompts you submit and to any outputs generated for your account, subject to the terms of the underlying model provider. AISpot retains all rights to the platform, its code, and its branding.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present a security risk, or remain inactive for extended periods. Unused prepaid credits may be refunded at our discretion when we terminate an account without cause.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Model outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your use case; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AISpot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AISpot is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
